Bunn cds ultra master tool kit with free parts
MASTER TOOL KIT TO TROUBLESHOOT AND REPAIR BUNN CDS AND ULTRA MACHINES
This is a tool kit that we designed and is the kit carried on all of our machine rental and lease trucks and trailers. It contains the tools needed to maintain, troubleshoot and repair the majority of service issues on the CDS-2, CDS-3, Ultra-1 and Ultra-2 machines.
The box includes an inner tray and two attached parts keepers that pull out of the top for access. We've filled it for you with the following tools:
* 6-way screwdriver (#1 Phillips, #2 Phillips, #1 Straight, #2 Straight, 1/4" nut driver, 5/16" nut driver)
* Bright compact LED flashlight
* Set of four picks/O-ring tools
* Lubricant application brush
* Tube of food grade lubricant (Lubri-Film)
* Krytox lubricant (special for the auger motor/auger shaft connection)
* Digital Volt Ohm Meter with leads and battery, DC volts 200m to 1000, AC volts 0 to 750, DC Amps 200u to 10 amps, diode and battery tester, Resistance (ohms) 200 to 2000k, and a built-in transistor tester, includes manual
* Long cleaning brush (26" plus handle) for cleaning auger shaft alley and other hard to reach places, round tapered brush end, flexible shaft covered in plastic for abrasion protection
* HDPE spray bottle (sprays sanitizer solution for cleaning and disinfecting)
* Commercial sanitizer packets
Plus, we've added over $40 in parts to get you started:
* Auger shaft and auger motor shaft stainless spring pins (all 3 sizes)
There is extra room for other parts or tools you might want to add. With this kit you'll have a separate box with all your Bunn CDS and Ultra tools and parts so you'll always be ready to keep your machine in tip top shape - no more hunting down tools or remembering where you stashed maintenance parts or lubricant.
