Non-asphaltic, rubber based product engineered for superior elongation and tensile strength. UV resistant. Adheres to most surfaces. Formulated for high stress applications. Provides a strong elastomeric film. Non-flammable. For metal roofs, metal edging, gutters, coping caps, air conditioning ducts, edge flashings, pipes and projections. Covers up to 1" wet film thickness, 25 sq. ft. per gallon on a 3-course application and up to 1" thick in pitch pans.
