Custom anodizing line tank setup - never used
Startup Anodizing Business Opportunity or existing anodizer may want to add this to their operation.
Multi tank anodizing line. Custom built for a job, but never used. Good for small parts. These tanks have never had anything in them but water to test the structure. This system is designed for larger production of small parts. There is an overhead trolley that rolls the length of the line. There are no electric motors or wenches for raising or lowering the racks. There are no racks included.
Tanks opening approximately 6" x 24". Tank depth about 40".
The trolley posts are laying on top of the tanks. The tracks are laying on the floor and are 24 feet long aluminum. The rectangle trolley assembly with 4 wheels is included. It travels the length of the line.
Nothing else in the photos are included (ie. black round reels are NOT included). There is not a power supply or air. These are things that would need to be added.
