Just got this in on a huge purchase from a independent KFC Franchisee.
This has several preset second/minute countdowns to operate your counter equipment, mixers, etc.
Just plug your 120 volt equipment into the timer, hit the desired countdown time, and viola!........when the digital time runs down to zero......a high pitched "beep, beep" will sound telling you your product has finished its cycle.

This will need to be cleaned...it is a little greasy from prior installation....works great....
