The Tentel Electronic Tape Tension Gauge
The Tentel ET-230 electronic tape tension meter allows accurate dynamic tape tension measurements with your choice of 2 scale ranges. The upper scale provides readings from zero to 200 grams; the lower range provides readings in the zero to 30 gram range.
The ET-230 includes a counterbalanced mechanism to allow accurate, repeatable readings with the gauge head in any orientation. The probes move as a parallelogram to provide an accurate reading regardless of where tape is positioned along the probe length. Easy access to a 'field' adjustable calibration 'pot' for each scale to enable the user to compensate for tape stiffness, tape direction, and other application variations for optimum accuracy. Very low frictional drag on tape due to minimal interference with original tape path.
