I believe this item to have be new and never used. It still has the outer plastic wrap, DIRECTIONS and VISOR CLIP. But no box.
It was tested and is guaranteed to work. Requires AAAA (not included).
This a great price for this no longer produced item. Also offering it at more then 1/2 off what other have sold it for in the past and are currently selling it for.
