After being referenced in a book at Friendverse (no i) hundreds of people joined the site within a very short time thinking it was our site being referenced.
Social networking is here to stay. It's how well you market your site and manage it that ultimately matters!
As the new owner of Friendiverse.Com, you will have the option of keeping everything basically the same with the following things you should know:
1) You will need to establish your own affiliate accounts and change out the HTML as applicable in order to generate income for yourself. Until that process is complete, the revenue continues to come to us. This shouldn't be difficult at all. The site is not set up to charge members at this time, but a couple clicks can change that, though... use caution before going that route. Members don't like to pay. Advertisers do.
2) You will need to establish a take-over account to take control of the Friendiverse.com email address portal. This shouldn't be difficult at all.
5) You may, optionally, revamp Friendiverse to be whatever you want it to be, though you will shatter the hearts of the members if you don't keep it as a social networking site, at least in part. Make your millions, it's fine by us. Let us have our regrets later that we didn't do it first.
