This is a Used Vat, Inc. Transfer Door L-Vat 341029/0002 A-804818. This transfer door-valve is for load lock chambers and for operation in atmospheric pressure. There are no vacuum seals on the actuator and it is virtually particle and vibration free. This unit was a custom order and the part number is not on the website. We contacted Vat and were told that this unit is similar to 07512-VE24-AIU1 which was also installed on the machine this unit was pulled from. The plate size is slightly different and this is why we believe the unit was a custom order but Vat could not confirm that. Cosmetically, the unit is in excellent condition with minimal wear. The photos show a typical item for sale. Only what is shown in the photos is included.
