"stoplite" voltage detector

Here's a CTC / Fluke C9970 Voltage Detector with accessories in good but used condition. I do electrical work but this seems to be more of an industrial unit and I never found a use for it. Never even put a battery in it.Sticker says it was made in 1986. I was assured by the previous owner that it works and it has a tag that says it was re-certified and tested in 1999.The paper is not a manual but more of a safety memo. Requires a 9 volt battery(Not included). Researched and found these for $95 to $150 used.
Red Green StopLite dangerous voltage safety device warns when hazardous voltage is present.
