This heavy-duty oven rack is practical and durable for your kitchen. Constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel and 4" swivel casters, this oven rack is offered with spacing between pan slides of 7.5". The 69.8" rack height is compatible with any roll-in retarder with a standard 70" door height as well as all Baxter Proofing Cabinets and Retarder/Proofers.
Casters are 4" swivel type, with life-time lubricated wheel bearings.
Rated for 515 degree F, 500 lbs. each.
Designed for (8)18" x 26" pans but also holds 5-on bread strap pans (allow +/- 2" between finished products for best results).
Roll-in Retarders with 70" door height and all Baxter proofers and retarder/proofers
