6203-2RS-8 sealed radial ball bearing. 1/2" x 40mm x 12mm. ABEC 3/C3 Grade. Before you purchase a bearing, know what you are getting. There is a big difference between an ABEC 1 bearing and an ABEC 3/C3 bearing. ABEC 1 bearings are not precision machined with ground and honed races. The ball bearings used in ABEC 1 bearings are not matched. In other words, ABEC 1 bearings are assembled from parts that didn't pass the inspection for ABEC 3/C3 bearings! ABEC 3/C3 bearings have precision ground and honed races. The ball bearings used in ABEC 3/C3 bearings are matched for size and finish. ABEC 3/C3 bearings are the industry standard for electric motor applications. ABEC 3/C3 bearings run smoother, have less internal friction and run cooler than ABEC 1 bearings. Most of the skateboards that are made today use ABEC 3/C3 bearings or better! Do you really want to change out bearings again in a few months because someone sold you an ABEC 1 bearing for a few pennies less?
