Scintag Powder X-Ray Diffractometer X-1 XRD
This unit was removed from a working environment and is in fairly good condition. Cosmetically there are quite a few marks/scuffs on the outside of the casing as you can see in the pictures. However, the inside of the unit is in excellent condition, minus one marking on the far back of the casing (also pictured). The diffractometer itself appears in excellent condition - only flaw with this is the ink marking - which again is pictured and is purely cosmetic. Although we were unable to fully test the unit (no high voltage power supply), it appears that it should be sound mechanically without any missing components.
We were able to test power of the components and everything is powering up fine including the inside work light, cooling fan, interlock reset, high voltage meter, as well as the controller mounted underneath the unit.
Only what is pictured is included in this sale. This unit does not include the high voltage power supply, water cooled chiller, computer/software etc. However, as you can see there is connections/hoses mounted already for these components, including a high voltage power supply connector. It is probable these were incorporated with this system previously before it was disassembled.
