DUETZ RUGGERINI 13? Horsepower Diesel Engine
I bought this engine with plans to build a diesel motorcycle and never got around to it. This isn't one of those crappy Chinese diesels, this is a quality Italian made diesel engine. This engine is either new and unused or very close to it. It definitely looks like it's never been used! I bought it from a guy who was being transferred to Hawaii and had to get rid of all his stuff. He had purchased 2 diesel engines and put one in his tractor, but never really got a chance to use it. I know he put oil in it, but I'm not sure if he ever even fired it up. The engine has a bit of wear just from being moved around from garage to garage and place to place, but nothing serious. This engine is in GREAT SHAPE!
I looked up information about this engine before, but I can't seem to find it. I thought I remembered it being about 19 horsepower, but someone suggested that with the displacement it was probably 11-13 horsepower. This chart which has some additional information about it.
