Hello. Up for your consideration is this barely used MK PL-101 PRO24 tile saw. I used it for only one home improvement project which was a bathroom - so it was only in operation for about a week (not constant, of course). This saw is able to cut very large thick tiles. I purchased it BRAND NEW through The Home Depot (not from them), thus it reflects "rental" on the side - but it is NOT, nor ever WAS, a rental (I still retain the receipt on file as proof). I am selling it because I've no use for it anymore and need to make some storage space for my wife's "treasures".
