Three Micromanipulator 2525 Submicron manual probers. Very good working condition, with three probe arms (one brand new, two in very good condition). Ideal for micro-probing of sub micron semiconductor devices or MEMS devices. These particular units have a vacuum base.

The Model 2525 4-axis manipulator is recommended for probing submicron structures or greater. It may be used on any side (right or left) of the probe station. The X-Y-Z control knobs all are accessible from the back of the manipulator. The motion in the X, Y and Z axis is linear. These manipulators have a 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) maximum travel per axis X-Y-Z. The Model 2525 manipulator also has a quick lift Z (pitch) knob which pivots the nose piece up and down in Z. These controls allow the user to precisely position the probe tip and adjust the attack angle.
In addition the 2525 has an adjustable height nose piece which allows the user to position the nose piece in a number of levels. This manipulator comes with a 1 (2.5cm) and a 3 (7.6cm) collet shaft, and with a model 2 and a model 5 collet. The 2525 manipulator may be ordered with either a magnetic or a vacuum base. These features provide a wide range of setup flexibility and allow the 2525 manipulator to be used with virtually any probe holder and any probe station.
