The VWR 1200 is accurate, easy to use, safe and durable. The insulated jacket design radiates warm air along the tank sides to eliminate hot spots and provide uniform temperatures. The recessed control panel provides protection from accidental contact with temperature controls. A non-contact recessed heating element prevents dry-bath burnouts. A low watt/ low density heating element achieves longer element life and prevents temperature overshoot. A soft-touch safety knob sets temperature, a pilot light shows when the element is heating.
