Let me start by saying that this is a serious sale. I browsed around and noticed all the scams around and am leery about doing this. That as it is, I am now selling my baby and website The Packers Lounge.
The Packers Lounge is a Green Bay Packers fan community and website. In it's third year of operation is has grown to be one of the largest Green Bay Packers non-media presences in existence. Hosted on WordPress, The Lounge is a culmination of hours and hours of hard work by myself. It has read by Green Bay Packers players, Packer media, and thousands upon thousands of Packer fans.
We currently have entertained nearly 3/4's of a million Packer fans, and have grown at least 50 percent in each year of existence.
We have interviewed,written, and even produced TV shows for Green Bay Packers Players.
We have one of the largest collections of embedded original and pre-filmed video available.
Our Twitter feed is the largest non-media feed available with 4,000 plus fans, including followers that include Packer players, reporters, and staff.
We have permanent links to the site on ProFootball Talk (largest NFL site in the world) and the Milwaukee Journal. In addition we also carry over 250 outgoing links from other related sites.
We have not fully explored adsense, but do sell and currently hold 4 regular advertisers with ad revenue of 2,000 yearly. I have traditionally held off ads as a personal preference, but there is much room for growth in that area.
The blog itself is fully loaded with SEO and about everything a person would need.
The Packers Lounge is also open-source. This means that fans can submit articles for publication to increase exposure. We have launched several internet careers with the method. It also enhances the already great content.
