Grohe roman tub fill set, 5 piece, tub & shower, ¾ inch
This is a Grohe Roman Tub Fill Combination set. Grohe number 25 580. It is about a dozen years old but unused.
/product/25582 is the Grohe website showing the set. The 25 582 set does NOT include valve knobs, the 25 580 set (this one) does. This style has been discontinued. The website will tell you some specifications, as well as the original price $1050! (without knobs)
The set has 2 on/off valves, with knobs, diverter valve with knob, tub spout and hand-held shower handle & hose. The pieces are separate and need to be connected with 3/4 copper. This meaning you can mount them anywhere on the rim of the tub, not just the usual knob-spout-knob arrangement. An example would be to have the knobs on one side of the tub, up at the front where you can access them easily, and the spout further toward the back.
Using 3/4 pipe and valves mean allow you to fill a tub up a lot faster than the usual plumbing. Of course, you will need to have lines all the way back to your hot + cold supply lines.
The on/off valves for the hot and cold supply are turn valves. They are solder-fit for 3/4 copper pipe. Knobs are included; they are round with a black ring insert.
The diverter valve is to switch between tub-fill and shower. It is spring-loaded to the tub-fill output; you pull the knob up for the handheld shower. If the water is flowing the valve stays up; to turn off the shower you need to push down on the knob (diverting water back to tub) or turn off the hot/cold valves. It has copper solder fittings plus a threaded fitting (with one-way valve) for the shower hose.
The fill spout is a huge chunk of brass (5+ lbs itself!), chrome plated. It has an O-ring fitting to connect to the below-deck plumbing.
The hand-held shower is the Relaxa Plus model. It has adjustable spray and a quick-connect fitting for the hose. The hose is a metal-flex type, not plastic.
The shower hose and the deck-fitting has been used but are in excellent condition.
The shower handle is grey/chrome plastic; everything else in the set is polished chrome on brass.

The company I worked for back then were given this (and lots others!) as samples for some whirlpool tubs we made. We (the production employees) were given all kinds of stuff when the company closed down back in 2006. I ve carted it around for years, intending to install it some day. My wife & I bought an old house and have no intentions of putting in a big tub so it s time to sell this off.
