This is in stained, dusty condition. The red ink from the cover has penetrated the pages but is still very easy to read. This "Owners Manual and setting up instructions and Parts List McCormick No 27-V Universal Tractor Mower 5', 6' and 7' cut" comes straight out of the barn. I found a date on the back cover "08/22/51". The back cover has a 2" chunk missing and a tear. The front top right & left side has some mouse chew marks affecting several pages. It does not affect the reading. There are 65 pages.
