Hardt Inferno "Open Flame" Rotisserie Oven w/8 Baskets
It features five closed rib baskets and three open hanging baskets, perfect for preparing chicken, ribs, vegetables, and a variety of other menu items. It has an approximate capacity of 48 chickens, depending on the size of the bird. It is also on wheels for easy transport.
This oven requires 7" of water column supply and 5" manifold pressure in order to operate. When the front doors are opened, the flames and heat will automatically shut off, helping to keep the operator safe.
