Programmable Test Sources Model 160 is a 0.1 to 160 MHz Frequency Synthesizer that may be used on the bench, in manual mode or in a test system in the programmable mode.
The 50 Ohm, sine wave output can be set to 'level' or adjusted from 0 to 1.0 V RMS (0 to 13 dBm).
