These older dual SCR modules were received by us from an aerospace
International Rectifier IR IRKT41/12 consists of a pair of back-to-back
silicon rectifiers rated at 45 amps and 1200 volts. These should see use
in motor controls, industrial automation, and possibly electric vehicles.
Normal cost new is around $44 each,
Guaranteed usable. We have checked these by running a lower level test of
110 vac and 60 watts. Apparently never installed. May include minor storage cosmetics,
