Smoker on a trailer
This is a custom built smoker on a portable trailer with and 1 7/8 ball attachment. The trailer has a basket the length of the front of the trailer for ice coolers and or wood for smokeing.. This is a great smoker with dual flu vents for positive controll of your cooking temperature. It has a temp gauge and a long duct from the firebox for even cooking the length of the smoker. A half hog or 20 pork steaks can fit in the smoke section and the fire box uses very large 18 inch long wood by 24 inches tall. The smoker chamber itself where the cooking actually takes place is 6 and 1/2 feet long by 30" inches round. It also has a grill in the fire box for stacking wood upon coals without smothering the fire. There is another cool feature it has a Smoke Daddy cold smoke generator attached to the fire box. that little buddy generates nothing but smoke for the smoker. It can handle apple chips or mesquite or even hickory in it and all it does is blow raw smoke into your tempeature controlled smoker, check out the photos of the smoke. This is the best rig I have seen for all around use and it is totally portable.
These pictures do not do the unit justice... This is no Little brinkman smoker on a trailer... the trailer is 8 foot long and the smoker cooking surface itself is over 6 feet long and can handle a half or a whole hog.... most smokers of this caliber without the smoke daddly cold smoke generator starts at 2700 dollars. It has a work table black shelf that doesnt show up very well in the photos the length of the cooking surface.... Its well seasonsed and heavy heavy duty..This is a custom made job and not alittle light duty smoker. One has to see this unit to appreciate it.
