The EC250-90 low voltage electrophoresis power supply is capable of producing up to 250 volts, 500 milliamps and 125 watts. This product operates in constant voltage or constant current with a continuously variable output. The EC250-90 automatically crosses over from one mode of operation to the other when a preset limit is reached. A dual function, auto ranging 24-hour up/down timer allows for more effective time management. Also included are 4 sets of output connectors which enables users to fully utilize the maximum capabilities of the EC250-90 by running multiple chambers simultaneously.
The continuously variable output, constant current capability and automatic crossover expand the usefulness of this power supply.
DNA or RNA submarine gels, Mini PAGE and SDS-PAGE, and both small semi-dry and small tank-style blotters are easily accommodated by this versatile supply.
