A unique feature of this microscope is that the upper light can be removed or aimed independently. This enables you to make fine lighting adjustments from above and below the specimen - a premium feature not available in cheaper models. Spare halogen bulbs are included with your microscope.

Ideal for Video and Screen Output: This camera uses a 1/2.2" CMOS imaging chip (the same kind used in regular digital cameras) and USB 2.0 to output 2592x1944 pixel images, that's more than 5 Megapixels of information. This ultra high-resolution output is comparable to today's top-of-the-line digital still cameras, and exceeds high-def video.
