I bought the three pieces 3 years ago new from the store. I am the only owner. They are in very, very nice condition. Not excellent, but very close. The desk has a scratch (see pic) that can easily be repaired by someone who knows what they are doing. Haverty's furniture is known around the world to have beautiful wood furniture that lasts and lasts. These three pieces are no exception.
