60 foot rohn ssv with antennas and rotating mast
For Sale is our 60 foot Rohn SSV with custom rotating mast. The mast is climbable and the 2" X 10 foot intermediate mast section is 3/8" wall. The SSV consists of a 20 foot long 30" solid leg #5 taper bottom section, a #4 middle section and a #3WN top with Rohn top plate and two rotor shelves.
The extra rotor shelf has a second thrust bearing. The bottom rotor is a Tailtwister and the top rotor is a HAM IV both come with their control boxes. The antennas are a pair of "My" rescaled Hygain 66DX six meter antennas with an EX-14 Hygain tribander in the middle. The middle mount utilizes a different backing plate welded to the sections. There is room for another pair of lightweight VHF or UHF antennas on the mast. The system also has a new SB-5 base section for concrete. The system comes with the M Squared 6 meter phasing harness and the rotor lines.
This has been an excellent system for me over the past 10 years and has performed flawlessly. The Six meter stack is a real powerhouse. If you have any questions please feel free to email and we can arrange a time to talk if need be.
