The aluminum injection mold base pictured for sale is a precisely machined 10 x 12 B style. A&B plate material is 7075 T651 aluminum, ejector plates are 7075, clamping plates and rails are 6061.Other dimensions (in inches) are as follows:
A&B plates L x W x H - 10.000 x 12.000 x 2.940
Ejection stroke 1.50 (higher rails are available)
Ejector plate thickness - .87 & .61 in x 6.84 wide
Locating Ring Dia. 4.000 (optional -backplate with or without locating ring hole)
4- 3/4 dia. pins -1 pin offset

A & B plates match within .001 on the sides.
All the plates are square and parallel within .001 and the total mold thickness is parallel within .001 after assembly and the parting line ground.
