You need to include in your requests the following:
- Address with zip code information.
- Is a commercial or residential address?
- Do you have a mechanical mean to unload the unit like a forklift or a loading dock?
- Does the driver of the truck need to deliver the unit inside the location or house?
- And any other special instruction you may have at the time of delivery (Parking rules, condo, etc)
The seller is Sunshine-Discount, a division of Equip Co. USA, Inc., a Corporation registered in the State of Florida.
Money orders and Certified Bank Checks are also accepted.
If the item is not paid for in 4 days, a second notice will be emailed.
The Company neither accepts responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor does damage to merchandise after it leave our warehouse or that of our suppliers.
NOTE: Damage claims may take up to 120 days or longer to resolve.
Standard packing for heavy items consists of securing the item to a pallet with metal strapping, plastic wrap, and/or (depending on the item) bubble wrap, and warning labeling, providing significant deterrent to damage.
Standard packing charges DO NOT include additional protective crating or box construction. These services are available at an additional charge.
We offer curbside delivery. Inside delivery is subject to additional charges.
Most used items purchased are available for pick up at our Margate FL 33063 warehouse Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM and Saturday, 9AM to 1PM Eastern Time (please note that we are closed on most holidays). Our friendly warehouse staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle.
Due to limited warehouse space, we request that you make arrangements to pick up your item(s) as early as possible.
All items not picked up within 30 days will incur a storage charge of $30.00 per item, per month or a portion thereof.
All NEW equipment is sold with the manufacturers warranty only. Warranty issues should be addressed with the manufacturer.
In general, food service establishments are known for grease. Some, but not all equipment is cleaned by use of pressure washing and/or other methods. NOTE: We DO NOT disassemble equipment and some residual grease and grime may remain. Despite our best efforts, NO GUARANTEE is made that the equipment you receive will arrive in clean as new condition.
