6X12 ft concession/ enclosed trailer no
Husband lost his job last year, and we started to make a concession trailer to sell fresh produce on location. Plans have changed however, and we are now selling this partially finished enclosed trailer. You will be able to do what you want with it... dismantle it, keep it for storage, finish it for your particular concession menu, travel with it, or just use it to transfer items from one place to another. Many uses!
If you are looking for a trailer that is in good structural condition, and you already have a specific use in mind for a trailer, then this one certainly is able to fit the bill!
Trailer is constructed out of aluminum walls (which were built as four 7 ft. high panels and bolted to the frame), 2x4 wooden studs, tar pitch on the underside to keep out splashing rain water, white oil-based paint on the steel frame, multiple coats of oil based paint on OSB for the floor covering with tar on the underside, and aluminum/plexiglass windows. Some of the items like the windows and doors are unfinished with no fasteners, hasps, stops, or locks of any kind, but if you are handy, you can finish these things yourself. We have an aluminum sink, sheets of laminate, and some additional aluminum , which you would be able to use if you are considering the concession trailer option. There are no trailer lights, since we took them all off to work on the trailer. To transport the trailer to your location, you would have to purchase the stand alone lights which cost about $30.00 at the local hardware store. They are magnetized with all of the wires and the wiring harness which attaches to your truck. It has a ball hitch, and would require a class 3 hitch.
