4. Occasionally we obtain used items (we will clearly indicate if we obtain this as a used item)
We will do our best to indicate which one of these categories the items fall into and accurately describe the item. In most cases the only thing wrong with the item is that it does not have all or any of its original packaging, maybe a scuff mark or two, or may be missing something. Owners manuals may or may not be included - usually they will be pictured or listed if they are.
