Examples of items that DO NOT produce a crop and are NOT exempt from PA tax whether you are a farmer or not: Skid steers(construction use only), Backhoe Loaders, Crawler loaders and dozers, Excavators, Lawn mowers, any and all construction equipment, etc etc.
