A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply
All equipment is guaranteed, in declared working condition, for 3 days from the time you receive it
If damage has occurred: 1)Document damage when signing for delivery 2) Keep all packaging materials 3) Photograph damage 4) File a damaged goods claim with freight carrier.
We will assist you with the freight claim process, but ultimately the consignee is responsible for the claim.
A packaging/crating fee of $75.00 will be charged per pallet.
