We offer basic phone support which only includes help to engrave text from the software that is included with the machine. The software is called NewlyDraw. We do not support images or do any further support on this item. Everything you need to get started including the product manual is included with this item. Some installation and assembly required.
If you want to import images from your CorelDraw software, you need to first save the image as a 1 bit, black and white BMP file. Then import it into the NewlyDraw Software which is included with this machine.
This Engraver does not work on windows XP PRO. It does work on all other windows version but we only give tech support on Windows XP Home. If you have something besides XP Home then we cannot give any tech support.

What is the difference between the M40 laser engraver and the M40U?
The only difference is the speed and communication interface or computer connection. The M40U is identical to the M40 except the M40U is faster and it has a USB computer connection while the M40 has a parallel port computer connection.
