Function: This one is really nice. No fog or haze just minor dust. You will love it.
Replace your old illuminator part with this one.
Lights up nice, bulb is good. Plug it into a power supply and you are good to go.

On a condition scale from poor/fair/good/excellent the part is in the high good range. A few small scratches on one end, and a small bit of dust from years of storage.
