High tensile cast iron construction seasoned against distortion. Tolerances (Flat and Square): Machined Finish - within .002" per 6". Ground Finish - within .0005" per 6" on the two working surfaces. All ends machined square and parallel within .00025" per 6".
Strong construction. Setting is locked with two screws. Range 45 degrees right and left from the horizontal, graduated in degrees.
