This cutterhead, designed with opposing up and down shear, is ideal for producing chip-free cut on composite materials, such as MDF and particleboard, that are laminated on both sides. Also produces an excellent finish on solid woods. This cutterhead uses standard 50 x 12 x 1.5mm insert knives, which cover the complete width of the cutterhead.
