This is a very nice comb-bound reprint of TM 11-5820-357-20 dated 10 February 1961, the Army unit manual for the Collins-designed R-390 receiver, including changes 1. (The truth is, most "original" military manuals are actually REPRINTS made at a local base print shop and clearly say REPRINT on the cover).
Unpacking, tube & crystal location, assembly of antenna connector plug, receiver installation and connections, tube testing considerations, various subchassis removal & replacement, disassembly & reassembly of crystal oven to replace crystals, removal & replacement of lamps.
