This is for one professionally made p.c. board designed for one RF MMIC Amplifier in a SOT-89 cascade amplifier package (photo is of the two MMIC Amp), along with parts list, and schismatic for any MMIC you choose. Size of the PCB 1.125"x 0.75"x 0.062", FR-4 material, double-sided with ground plane on the bottom side of the board. This layout has been used from VLF to 3456MHz. with good results.
