This item is a Twirlit Mitchell Binder Co. Paper Drill. It is one hole punch which features a handle which can be turned to create a hole in papers. The top of the paper drill reads, "Twirlit Paper Drill No. 200 Mitchell Binder Co. Hagerstown, MD" and includes a ruler. The bottom of the drill reads "B200". This is a wonderful piece of history and perfect for any collection.
This item is in good condition. There is minor chipping, scratches and rusting. Even so, the hole punch works perfectly. This item does not come with its original packaging.
