45 wide Dusenbery model 635BL, 500 Feet Per Minute maximum speed , 21 rewind diameter with top riding rolls and 24 with out top riding rolls. 2 chrome plated rewind mandrels for use with 2 x3 core adaptors for extra fine rewind tension control. These are easily changed to three inch. Also 4 zone tension control for running up to four different slit widths at the same time. The 635 is equipped with wrap shear cut [can be changed to razor or kiss shear] and shaft mounted male knifes. Cork covered pull rolls and idlers. New ride on predetermining footage counter. The main drive for this machine has been up dated to a Seco SE 2000 3HP DC. 30 integral unwind stand with automatic edge guiding, Fife P-25, edge only. 2 unwind shaft with 2 x6 chucks. Unwind edge guide side shift is +/- 1.5 . This machine has been completely refurbished in our facility and can be seen running. It comes with a 6 month warranty on mechanics. We can add a new drive if you like.
