Tested questek krf excimer laser lambda physik w/ gas

Surplus from Plasmatherm in Tampa is a questek excimer laser currently t\set up for KrF operation. I have done some limited testing to this laser. The unit was powered up and purged with pressurized Argon. when commanded to fire the unit pulsed at the set frequency. There should be no reason why the laser will not operate when charged with a proper mix of excimer gas (I dont want to fool with fluorine). Included with this laser are a pair of regulators from spectra gas - one for the fluorine (with 2 lead washers) and one for the rare gas. The Kr tank is listed at 1000 liters. We were told that both tanks were full. I put the regulator on the Kr tank and it read the right pressure for the tank to be full, per the tanks label. If you have any questions about this laser please dont hesitate to ask!
