This item is a brand new Therma-Tek 12 two burner hot plate. Model TCHP12-2. Great for Deli, schools, diners, concession stand, anyplace where cooking multiple short order items is a need. With 60,000 BTU's of cooking power, this hot plate can handle all of your high volume cooking needs. Whether it's stew, chili, soup, or a crawfish or shrimp boil, this hot plate can handle it. The cast iron grate is removable for easy cleaning. This line of hot plates is built by the family that started the DCS commercial line, so high quality is a given.

Therma Tek is the manufacturer of the Hot Plate which includes 12" x 12" heavy-duty cast-iron half grate, heavy-duty front-to-back supports provide structural strength and additional support to grates and is available in 12", 24", 36", 48", 60", and 72" widths.
The TCHP12-2 is one of Therma-Tek s many gas hot plates which measures 12 inches in width, 30-13/16 inches in length, and 10 inches in height. It requires natural or propane gas and has two cooking sections. Each section has its own lift-off, cast iron, open top burner with a heavy-duty cast iron top grate. This gas countertop hot plate is stainless steel, has a durable welded frame, and sits on four inch adjustable legs. There is a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning and a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection and a gas pressure regulator at no extra charge. The burners in this gas hot plate are rated at 30,000 BTUs per hour for a total of 60,000 BTUs. They are lit by a spill proof ignition system and are each controlled by a fully adjustable brass valve. This Therma-Tek hot plate is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor. Unit requires a 12 inch clearance from combustible materials on the rear and sides.
