Berkel 2 pan heated countertop display case closeout
We are selling a Berkel 2 Pan Hot Countertop Display Case, Model # HT700. This item is new in the box, but is an old stock closeout special. The display in the picture is a larger unit, ours is a smaller unit with two pans. Its dimensions are 28 3/4" x 29 3/4" x 20 1/2".
This hot display cabinet provides the perfect climate for all food being held. It is not too dry nor too moist. Gently circulating, heated air this principle of climate convection increases the holding duration and enhances the quality retention of the product. The temperature is thermostatically controlled to keep a constant level. Food in the cabinet is heated both from above and from below. Special tubular heating elements for high water vaporization humidify the controlled air. The constant ideal heated humidify climate guarantees long presentation times with minimum quality loss. The hot food cabinet is made of stainless steel. All outer surfaces are smooth with no edges and easy to clean. All the inner components can be removed for cleaning.
