We plugged this item up and it does show to power on. The display area is in great condition/very readable and clear. When powered on, the screen/display says the following:
TDS320 DIGITIZING OSCILLOSCOPE (FV: V2.04)
All the buttons appear to be functioning properly, but we can not guaranty them to. No further testing was done due to lack of testing equipment.
THIS ITEM HAS A CALIBRATION STICKER ON IT THAT SAYS:
Due to the fact we were unable to fully test this item, we are selling it for parts or repair only.
We do NOT guaranty this item to be fully functional, because we were unable to fully test it. We only guaranty this item to power on, because that is as far as the testing went.
