Solid carbide burs - used burrs -(rotary files) 1/4"
Sharp and new looking. I have to believe if these were used it was very lightly and only at the very tip.
They're inscribed: "Intrepid, .250 Dia., #8376.
You can probably use these to cut about anything, including tile, fiberboard, wood, cement board, and metal, and etc.
