This item was purchased as backup inventory for the PACU unit in a hospital and was labeled with "PACU" on the connector using indelible ink. It has to be classified as used since the pouch has been opened and the item has been marked. However, this item has never been used in a patient setting. This is the genuine cable- made in Germany- not a Singapore clone.
