This Kroy supply cartridge is brand new. I purchased it and many more from a company that was closing. The cartridge is for Kroy 240 Series, NOT for use in Kroy 240 ST, TM 600, or TM 650.
This multipurpose cartridge is Red on Clear.

A. No, not everything I sell is new. Some items are factory refurbished, surplus, used or demos. Please read the item description for the condition of the item.

A. I carefully package all of the items I sell to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. If your product is damaged, please save all packaging and email me. I will respond to your claim within 24 hours to resolve the matter, holidays and weekends excluded. In the past eight years I have only had two items arrived damaged.
