Vollrath's Super Pan 3 system changes everything. For starters, the patented angled ramp lets you simply pull up, creating enough room to lift the pan out of the well. No more marred or bent edges from prying pans out with tongs or spoons. Each pan is designed to "frame" and thereby enhance the presentation of whatever is served. And of course, you'll still find reinforced corners and anti-jamming lugs for easy stacking.
