Super systems oven proofer bread dough baking
Comonly used for baking bread/subs/cookies or just about anything. The upper portion is a 3 racks convection oven and the lower portion is a 9 racks proofer. This oven is on wheels for easy moving and cleaning.
It's been used for less than 2 years. It was purchased brand new. It is in full / excellent working condition.
No damaged. It has sign from normal use.
